EXPORT SALES MANAGER

About the Role: We are seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic professional to develop and expand sales in the South East Asia (Indonesian, Singapore, Malayasia, etc) market for industrial filtration products such as Filter Bags, Filter Cages, and related products.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background (engineering or industrial exposure preferred), strong relationship-building skills, and the willingness to travel extensively and stay in Indonesia for extended durations. Full product and application training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand sales of filter bags, cages, and related industrial products in Indonesia.
  • Identify and engage potential distributors, agents, and end customers across key industries (cement, steel, power, boiler utilities, food, asphalt, pharma, carbon black, etc.).
  • Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Provide technical support and after-sales assistance in coordination with the technical team in India.
  • Monitor competitors and share regular market insights.
  • Achieve monthly/annual sales targets and support overall market development in Southeast Asia.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events in Indonesia.

Candidate Profile

Education: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred)
Experience: 2–4 years in technical or industrial product sales

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken & written)
  • Ability to travel and stay abroad for extended periods
  • Valid passport (no travel restrictions)
