Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction material industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking and leveraging industry contacts.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
- Present product features, benefits, and customization options to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize deals to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor peak construction areas of Bhopal and nearby towns, monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge, Skilled with searching residential under construction Bungalows
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and reports using CRM software.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience of at least 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction materials industry.
- Established network of contacts with architects, contractors, and construction industry professionals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
