About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our export division for agri products such as Soybean, Coriander Leaves, and other agricultural commodities. The role focuses on developing new international markets, converting leads into profitable business, and managing a small marketing team to drive export growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for agri products.
- Identify and explore new international markets and customers.
- Convert export leads into confirmed sales through effective negotiation and follow-up.
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Guide and supervise a team of 2–3 marketing executives to achieve targets.
- Conduct international market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Travel domestically and internationally for business development and client meetings.
- Ensure timely coordination for export documentation, logistics, and order fulfilment.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and export promotion events.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales (preferably in Agri, Food, or Commodity sector).
- Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
- Proven experience in lead conversion and client relationship management.
- Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (LinkedIn, CRM, etc.).
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of building and leading a team.
