Growhrify Recruitment Services - Terms and Conditions

1. Client Engagement: By engaging with Growhrify Recruitment Services, clients agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding their staffing requirements, organizational culture, and any specific criteria for candidate selection. Growhrify will use this information to deliver recruitment services effectively.
2. Fee Structure: The client agrees to the mutually agreed-upon fee structure outlined in the service agreement. Fees are applicable upon the successful placement of a candidate, and payment terms are specified in the agreement.
3. Candidate Placement: Growhrify commits to presenting candidates that meet the specified criteria. Upon selection, the client is responsible for the onboarding process, including negotiations of employment terms and finalizing any contractual agreements.
4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the recruitment process. Growhrify will not disclose client-specific details without prior consent.
5. Exclusivity: Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, Growhrify retains the right to work with multiple clients in the same industry simultaneously. Exclusivity arrangements must be explicitly outlined and agreed upon in writing.
6. Candidate Ownership: Candidates introduced by Growhrify are considered the exclusive property of the client once the placement is successful. The client agrees not to engage in direct recruitment of candidates presented by Growhrify for a specific period, as stipulated in the service agreement.
7. Guarantee Period: Growhrify offers a guarantee period for each placed candidate, during which the client may request a replacement or refund if the candidate leaves the organization for reasons beyond the client's control. The duration of this guarantee is specified in the service agreement.
8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees or obligations must be settled promptly.
9. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the service agreement. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, as outlined in the service agreement.
10. Amendments: Growhrify reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement implies acceptance of the modified terms.
